Our plant

The workshops have a production area divided into two premises, covering a total of over 10,000 m2.

The steel workshop is for cutting, welding and shaping the laminated sheets that will form the chassis and various structures such as the reels, sides of net drums, block bodies, warping heads … At this stage of production, the tendency has been to reduce the content of welded joints as much as possible, incorporating work sequences to do away with any possible distortion. Our welders are certified for the processes used in building the machines.

The machining and fitting workshop is equipped with the appropriate work tools for manufacturing all the parts required in a machine. We have lathes, milling machines, gear cutters, boring machines; a large part of these are driven by numerical control. This same workshop fits the machine, carrying out operating tests and checks prior to final delivery.
